Seeking a qualified Civil Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, with experience in civil layouts, reinforcement detailing, infrastructure, and temporary building foundations.

Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
• Knowledge of UAE municipality standards and civil authority requirements
• Understanding of structural elements, reinforcement detailing, and civil construction practices
• Experience in external works drafting (roads, drainage, utilities)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and site instructions
• Familiarity with temporary building civil requirements (foundations, platforms, access routes)

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI with 5+ years experience in Drafting
• Shall have 4–8 years of experience in civil drafting for permanent buildings and 2–3 years experience in temporary building civil layout.
