QHSE and compliance are integral to all of our operations. We set ourselves demanding targets and ensure our QHSE values are supported by personal objectives from our teams.
We have adopted a highly proactive approach to minimize the risks to personnel, with all employees and assignees as key contributors in ensuring the successful implementation of our QHSE policies and procedures.
Our Integrated Management System is externally audited on a regular basis to ensure compliance. Our IMS system is certified to the following standrards:
1.Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015,
2. Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015,
3. Health & Safety Managment System OHSAS 18001:2007,
4. Asset Management System, ISO 55001:2014, and
5. Facility Management System ISO 41001:2018.
NIGM have in place a robust system of client and assignee feedback feeding into iAssure (our QHSE statistics & document management software), keeps the track of every incidents and action taken for those incidents or Near-miss and the status of those actions. This helps the officials to analyze the gaps (if any) in the existing procedure and policies, which in turn helps improve the existing system. This includes the ability to provide tailored feedback to our clients from assignees on multiple aspects of their contract.
The performance and application of the system is overseen by our sister company Business DNA who provide continual training to our staff and audit the system as an independent verifier.
