We have adopted a highly proactive approach to minimize the risks to personnel, with all employees and assignees as key contributors in ensuring the successful implementation of our QHSE policies and procedures.
Our Integrated Management System is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and is externally audited on a regular basis to ensure compliance. NIGM have in place a robust system of client and assignee feedback feeding into iAssure (our QHSE statistics & document management software), keeps the track of every incidents and action taken for those incidents or Near-miss and the status of those actions. This helps the officials to analyze the gaps (if any) in the existing procedure and policies, which in turn helps improve the existing system. This includes the ability to provide tailored feedback to our clients from assignees on multiple aspects of their contract.
The performance and application of the system is overseen by our sister company Business DNA who provide continual training to our staff and audit the system as an independent verifier.
